A measurable, science-led approach to neuromuscular health.
Based in Fort Worth with more than 9,000 square feet of rehabilitation space and 2,600 square feet of clinical space, the Center brings together diagnostic and therapeutic systems rarely found together in a single practice — every diagnostic system FDA-certified.
Many of these systems were designed by our Director, R. Todd Dombroski, DO, drawing on decades of operational and academic medicine. Our model pairs objective measurement with regenerative and osteopathic care to build personalized treatment plans.
Three pillars of care
Diagnostic Technology
FDA-certified systems for balance, gait, working memory, heart-rate variability, and musculoskeletal imaging linked to 3D anatomy.

Regenerative injections, AC microcurrent, osteopathic manual medicine, eccentric strength training, and balance therapy.
View treatments →Research & Innovation
Independent, IRB-reviewed studies advancing care in neuropathy, wound healing, gait, and fall prevention.
View research →Built for those who depend on peak function.
We focus on populations whose performance and recovery carry the highest stakes — while continuing to welcome community patients on a cash basis as space allows.

A full professor of Primary Care — Sports Medicine and Clinical Rehabilitation at the TCU Burnett School of Medicine, Dr. Dombroski served as the JIEDDO Surgeon and U.S. Army Operational Surgeon (2007–2010) and practiced at the White House Medical Unit.
He designed many of the diagnostic and therapeutic systems used at the Center, advancing care for peripheral neuropathy, PTSD/TBI, chronic pain, and recovery.
